Property Pres Wizard: Login Issues
My username/password does not work.
- First, double check your spelling and remember that your login info is case sensitive. Is your caps lock on? This might be the problem.
- If you still can't log in, please do not click the link to have your password reset. Instead, contact Stephanie Chou and she will reset your password from the admin page.
I logged in but don't see any of my work orders.
- Click on the "filter" button, then click "reset to default" and "run."
- If this does not pull up your work orders, check your email for cancellation notices.
- If you haven't received cancellation notices, make sure you've logged in using the info we provided to you. If you had a PPW profile before beginning work with us, please remember that we can only assign orders to profiles that were generated from our admin page. This means you might have 2 profiles now; double check that you're logging in to the correct profile.

I want to change my password/username.
- Email Stephanie Chou with your preferred changes. Remember that both your username and password are case sensitive.
- Stephanie will check the system for availability. If your selections are available, you will receive an email stating that your login info has been successfully changed.
