Property Pres Wizard: Late Work
Commit Dates
You must provide a commit date on all work that is already past due, due the current day but not complete, or due the next day. Use the job notes feature to provide these commit dates.
- Click on the late order to open it and go to the "job notes" section.
- Click "add note."
- Select "Work order" as the note type (not "Property")
- In the "to" field, write Updater Group.
- In the note body, provide the commit date using the calendar date. For example, say "Commit date 4/20," not "Commit date Sunday."
- Provide a brief explanation for the delay. For example, say "Commit date 4/20 due to thunderstorms."
Late work FAQs
I was assigned too much work, so some of my orders will be turned in late. Will I be charged back?
No. Please contact Mary Burks if this is the case. As long as you provide a commit date before the order is due, you will not be charged. Please be sure to state the reason for lateness in the job note and include that you already spoke with Mary concerning those orders.

What should I do if I am assigned work that is already late?
Occasionally, we might give you a reassigned work order from another contractor or even another company. You must provide a commit date on the same day you receive this order. In the job note, be sure you mention that it was given to you late so that you will be paid Net 7 for this order.
